The Fall of Babylon

(Revelation 18:1-24)

Twenty four verses that prophesy the destruction of the "apostate" Christian Church just before Jesus returns. The fall of Babylon here is NOT speaking of literal Babylon but that of Spiritual Babylon. Since this concerns the "spiritual" we must look at the world entities of today that deal with the spirit of mankind. Babylon as found in these verses that contains "And he [the Angel] cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird" is speaking of the apostate church within the world today and is called "Babylon the Great." Therefore, Babylon the Great is made up of ALL the world's churches in all of their 33,308 different denominations and within all 10,000 different religions found in the Earth today.

In the 1st century A.D. close to its end around between 95-98 A.D. the apostle John while on Patmos was given this vision by God called the Revelation of Jesus Christ. It's NOT a Revelation of St. John, but that of Jesus Christ. It was God the Son who made this statement about the "fall" of Babylon the Great. The two uses of the words "is fallen" found in verse 18:2 encompasses the "span of time" from ancient literal Babylon founded originally by the "great, great, grandson of Noah who was Nimrod. The line goes from Ham who was the son of Noah who was "cursed" by his father Noah who sired Cush the grandson of Noah, who then sired Nimrod the great, great, grandson of Noah. Nimrod founded on the plains of Shinar the city eventually called Babel after God's intervention by scattering the people over the Earth. God told Noah after the floodwaters receded to go forth from the Ark. He told him: Gen 8:16,17 Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee. Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.

Noah's great, great, grandson NIMROD the second generation from Noah's day said NO! We will all huddle as "one people" on the plains of Shinar which defied the command of God to his great, great, grandfather Noah to "multiply upon the earth" NOT just multiply on the plains of Shinar a single area. God had to intervene literally to thwart Nimrods' plans. As the people under him stated: Gen 11:1-4 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. God has never intended that all peoples should be gathered literally as "one" people, nor has God desired all spiritual believers to be gathered as "one" either. This one reason God through His (permissive will) saw fit to have the Protestant Reformation materialize within the established church.

Nimrod built four separate cities in his domain of rule they were: Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar Gen 10:8-10 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. Everyone spoke the same language and Nimrod wanted them all to remain "one" group of people and they all said together as one "Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." This attitude was in direct defiance of the living God and a self-willed attempt to be their own "god."

There attempt to build a tower that reached into the heavens was an attempt to outsmart God that should He send another flood, they thought they could all scramble to the top of their tower and they wouldn't suffer the fate of their ancestors. After God intervened (in order) to disburse them over the Earth, the city of Babel which it became known for because it was there that God mixed the tongues and divided the people thereof, that Babel then morphed into ancient Babylon of which eventually king Nebuchadnezzar ruled before its "fall" into the hands of the Medes and the Persians. This is the first "is fallen" spoken of in the verse of Revelation 18:2. The second use or the repeating of the words "is fallen" by the Angel has to do with the "fall" of NOT the literal but the "spiritual Babylon" called Babylon the Great. So, called because it's filled with "the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. The phrase (of) "every foul spirit" identifies the apostate church upon Earth since it's the church that deals with the "spirit of mankind." The second use by the Angel of the words "is fallen" identifies and applies to the apostate world churches that exist today around the world.

The Angel could have said "since the fall of literal Babylon" the first "is fallen" so too will "spiritual Babylon" fall, the second "is fallen" used in the verse. "Rev 18:2(a) And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen. One Babylon "literal" the other Babylon "spiritual." History is repeating itself concerning the fall of "spiritual Babylon" in the call for the "Uniting" of spiritual believers by the pope of Rome in the call for "Ecumenism" within the churches worldwide to bring all believers into "one" world church. It's the same mindset as that of Nimrod to have all peoples as "one." The modern call for Ecumenism since it calls for "church unity" with Rome through the deception and disguise of a "false unity" with Rome, should tell any true believer that Rome's agenda is a "satanic agenda" of which Nimrod exhibited, and which God had to intervene. God doesn't desire all the world's churches as they exist today to be "one Universal World Church." Rome's use of the word of God found in John 17 in three verses is (actually) using God instead of obeying God. Joh 17:21-23 That they all may be one; as thou, Father,art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Jesus was NOT praying for the church in these verses as the church at the time of His prayer had NOT yet been established as the Christian church. Jesus was praying for His disciples in the work that faced them in establishing the Apostolic church. However, the Catholic Church is "using the word of God" to the Protestant world to further their agenda to "unite all the world's churches" back under her domain using their "push for Ecumenism" and the "Universal which is the definition of the word Catholic" back under their dominion worldwide.

The signing of the W.A.R. pact (World Alliance of Religions) agreement is the same modern mindset as that of this desire by the people of Babel. "let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth" it's the modern Nimrod mindset of being all "one people" but in the spirit. They use the word of God here for support of their call to a "false unity" (in order) for the Catholic Church to reclaim what she lost in the Protestant Reformation by masking their end goal "intentions" and the apostate Protestant churches are taking the "bait" hook, line, and sinker under the auspices of Christian unity together with Rome. This movement is what constitutes modern "Spiritual Babylon" called in Revelation 18:2 "Babylon the Great i.e. the union of Catholicism and Protestantism all together under "one spiritual banner" i.e. "One World Religion" totally controlled by the Vatican with the "pope of Rome" as it's (moral authority) and the Protestant church denominations all swallow the venom of the serpent which will result in the death of Protestantism worldwide.

Then eventually comes the "The Fall of Babylon" described in Revelation 18.

I will emphasize in brackets [ ] this chapter.

Rev 18:1 And after these things I [John] saw another [In addition to the seven he saw in the previous chapter 17. This is the "eighth Angel"] angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

Rev 18:2 And he [the "eighth Angel"] cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is [Not "has" past tense but "IS" in John's day "present tense"] become the habitation of devils, [The church was ALREADY corrupted before the end of the 1st century A.D.] and the hold of every foul spirit, [The church harbored every king of "foul spirit."] and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. [A "cage" serves the purpose of "confinement" a locked into an environment within the "spirit" through apostasy.]

Rev 18:3 For all nations [Everyone who was in the church in John's day] have drunk of the wine [Wine in prophecy is "church doctrine" and since this is in apostasy it's "false doctrine" being preached within the 1st century church] of the wrath of her [The use of "her" and "woman" as used in prophecy is used to describe the church] fornication, [What is spiritual fornication? Literal fornication is "sex out of wedlock", spiritual fornication is the worship of a different "god" other than THE GOD of heaven] and the kings of the earth [This phrase of "the kings of the earth" encompasses BOTH literal kings taken in by false teachings, but also included specifically those within the church who claim Christianity. The phrase the Angel used implied Christians specifically since God's word stated that it is He that makes believers "kings and priests" within the realm of the church.Rev 5:10(a) And hast made us unto our God kings and priests. It is these church attendees that have committed "spiritual fornication" against God by their acceptance of false "wine" i.e. "false doctrine" that Jesus did Not teach.] have committed fornication with her, [The Apostate Church of the 1st century, that was the pagan Roman Catholic Church friends NOT the papal church of Rome that came later and was established around 321 A.D. formally at the decree of Caesar.] and the merchants [Businesses's] of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. [What the pagan Roman Church taught to its members.]

Rev 18:4 And I heard another [Since John speaks of "another voice" aside from that of the "eight Angel" speak. This voice or the "another voice" was the voice of Jesus Himself with a clarion command call"] voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, [This phrase removes all doubt that John is speaking of the apostate church here since God's people are found in the church, The all to come out of "her" is Jesus calling His people out of the apostate fallen Christian church in John's day] that ye [You who truly believe in the truth] be not partakers of her [The apostate Churches] sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. [The seven last plagues that will fall shortly after the Mark of the Beast are specifically meant for the apostate fallen church. There's no such thing as the church on Earth escaping the "falling of the seven last plagues" the church will experience FIVE of those plagues and then Jesus returns during the sixth plague, and God the Father winds up human history with the seventh and final plague of hail stones weighing 50-75 pounds each to destroy all human life on the planet just before the 1000 years of Rev. 20 begins.]

Rev 18:5 For her [the apostate church i.e. Babylon the Great] sins [What are her sins? Preaching Tradition above Truth is her sins] have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. [What are "her" iniquities? When God confronted Satan in Ezekiel He stated: Eze 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. Jesus established a "perfect Temple i.e. the apostolic church, but pagan Rome so corrupted the church through "her merchandise" "the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird"i.e. "false doctrine and traditions" that just as Satan was found through his merchandise Eze 28:16By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence,and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. So to will the apostate "fallen" church "Babylon the Great" also be "cast out" and destroyed from the presence of God for her iniquity and merchandise.]

Rev 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. [The use of the word "cup" here also identifies the (one and only) so-called Christian church on Earth that uses the "cup" in the practice of the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. It's the Roman Catholic Church of which God has many people and as you have seen above He is "calling them out" of that apostate system using the words "Come Out of her "My People."]

Rev 18:7 How much she [the Roman Catholic Church and Apostate Protestantism] hath glorified herself, [As a world religious movement that calls themselves Christians] and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she [the Roman Catholic Church specifically] saith in her heart, [In her own MIND (totally) self decieved] I sit a queen, [The use of the word "queen" here denotes both feminine and royalty i.e. "queen". The Roman Catholic Church System calls herself the "MOTHER church" and claims to be "royalty" of all the churches upon Earth thus their claim of being the Universal Church] and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. [The phrase "am no widow" is used by the Universal church of Rome as she claims to be the direct descendant from Peter the Apostle and the pope the Vicar of God on Earth, and she claims Jesus Christ as her betrothed as being a church, thus "am no widow."]

Rev 18:8 Therefore shall her plagues [Here we find in the phrase "her plagues" an identifiable claim by God Himself to John that the plagues that fall when Babylon the Great is destroyed in and through those plagues, that the plages are specifically meant for the fallen church. The church on Earth today will go through the seven last plagues, just as Israel when through the plagues that fell on Egypt just before they were delivered by the hand of God. The fallen churches called here Babylon the Great will go through the seven last plagues just before the "remnant of God" are delivered from off the Earth at the sixth plague when Jesus returns for the harvest of the Earth.] come in one day, [This time frame of "come in one day" is specific in bible prophecy. Since one prophetic day equals one literal year we know that the falling of the seven last plagues upon Earth will ALL take place within a single literal year.] death, and mourning, and famine; and she [the Roman Catholic Church specifically] shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. [During the falling of the seven last plagues upon humanity ALL within a single year's time we later on find out that this "burning of the apostate church of Rome" will take place literally within a period of two weeks time towards the close of the fifth plague. When the fifth plague falls on the apostate church, they are still suffering from the effects of the first plague. This is another indication from the word of God that ALL the seven last plagues will fall quickly one after the other in a very short period of time within a single year. HERE is the proof from the Word of God. Rev 18:9,10And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. Since one prophetic day equals one literal year, and since the Hebrew year consisted of 360 literal days and each day has 24 hours. One prophetic "HOUR" calculated out equals about 15 literal days or two weeks and one day. Within a matter of two weeks the Vatican will burn to the ground at the hands of it's own members when they discover during the fifth plague that they have been misled by the one who "sits a queen and "am no widow." When this takes place the haughty church of Rome is still suffering from the effects of the first plague of "sores". The first plague: Rev 16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.] NOTICE: That when the fifth plague falls Rome is still suffering from the first plague of "sores." Rev 16:10,11 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. When this happens!

Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth, [The kings of the Earth ae church members folks members of the Roman Catholic faith traditions] who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, [Followed her doctrines, traditions and dogmas] shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning. [And they will say]

Rev 18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. [Since the great city i.e. the ancient city of Babylon doesn't exist on Earth today, Babylon the Great i.e. the apostate church on Earth called Babylon the Great is here depicted in bible prophecy and is called "that great city Babylon" which refers to "Vatican city" in Rome.]

Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the earth [The apostate Protestant churches established and supported by the Vatican] shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: [They have been "exposed" as merchants selling the apostate doctrines of Rome i.e. these merchants are the apostate fallen Protestant churches who have sided with Rome through her Ecumenical movement to ALL become "one" under the One World Religion through the fallen church of Rome]

Rev 18:12,13 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. [Manyt times in bible prophecy the description of riches are described by items such as you find here. It's a well-known fact that no one truly knows the true wealth of the Vatican, but everyone knows that the Roman Catholic Church is the "richest church" on the face of the globe and always has been. If you doubt this just tour the Vatican. NOTICE also that the ONLY two colors mentioned here are the two colors specifically among the Roman Catholic Churchs liturgy. That of the color "purple" which the Bishop's of the Catholic church wears, and that of the "scarlet" of which the Cardinals wear. Clearly, Revelation 18 is speaking of the Catholic Church and the Vatican and calls it the "seat of the beast." The phrase "and souls of men" clearly denotes the one entity of Earth that deals with the "souls of men" which is ONLY the church.]

Rev 18:14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

Rev 18:15 The merchants of these things, [Those real merchants that fashioned the many statues and other costly items of the Vatican who were paid large sums of money] which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, [Their income has perished with the church's destruction]

Rev 18:16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, [Vatican City] that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

Rev 18:17 For in one hour [About 2 weeks] so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, [Here again we see a prophetic application used as those who have dealt with the Vatican ALL of her literal merchants and all of her apostate "spiritual" merchants i.e. the Apostate Protestant churches along with her.]

Rev 18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! [I.e. there's no other city on Earth called a city like Vatican City]

Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, [Lamented] and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! [Her requirements and demands] for in one hour is she made desolate. [Burned to the ground over a (two week period) during the fifth plague just before Jesus arrives in the sixth plague.]

Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. [HERE is another proof that Revelation 18 is speaking of the destruction of the Christian Church on Earth during the fifth plague. For any of you "Rapture" believers out there who believe that you're somehow going to escape this, you're totally deceived as the church will be here on Earth along with its membership when the destruction comes. Your Hal Lindsey, Tim Lahaye, apostate Protestant false doctrines won't help escape the wrath of God upon the fallen churches known as Babylon the Great.]

Rev 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Rev 18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

Rev 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Rev 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

These last four verses are statements made by the Angel and involve the destruction of the Christian Church on Earth. This solidifies the truth that in the worldwide Christian church of modern times is NOT the true church of God, it's a spiritual placebo devoid of God's presence while they all claim to be legitimate churches representing the Savior of the World. The last verse Revelation 18:24 clearly identifies the (one and only) church behind the "blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth", the word "slain" here encompasses both the literal being "put to death" at the hands of the Roman Catholic church, and the "spiritual death" i.e being "slain" spiritually through her false doctrines and traditions.

Revelation 18 is (clearly) God's record by the hand of John the Apostle of what's coming "during the fifth plague" that falls upon spiritually dead church members and a spiritually dead worldwide church encompassing all church denominations found on Earth just before Jesus arrives during the sixth plague. Take note that when the sixth plague falls there is NO mention of any specific personal afflictions upon humanity as contained in the previous five plagues. The sixth plague only mentions two entities the "the great river Euphrates" which is a metaphore used to describe the "wicked of the Earth, and the "the kings of the east" which is a metaphore that defines the "Remnant people of God i.e. the Saints for whom Jesus Christ is coming to collect." Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. The fact that the previous five plagues fall upon the whole of humanities wicked, so to does the "vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up" the drying up of a literal river prevents it from flowing, so to does the drying up "of the intents of the wicked" who now realize they have forfeited eternal life from interfering in any way the collection of the saints during the sixth plague. The "kings of the East" can be rendered as the "kings from the east" and since God has made His people "kings and priest" and since He is arriving from the direction of the East its these "kings of the east" that Jesus upon His arrival during the sixth plague places a barrier between the wicked and those being redeemed from the Earth by "drying up" of or the preventing of the wicked intervening in the harvest of the Earth.

God the Father then ends humanity as we know it today with the Seventh and final plague after 1Th 4:17 takes place "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. After this takes place then Rev 16:17-21 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Friends, if you're NOT ready to meet your Creator BEFORE this takes place. Rev 16:2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. YOU HAVE NO HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE WITH GOD! Take NOTE HERE: Between the institution of the "Mark of the Beast" and it's ending run time, once its run time is completed which only heaven knows ends. Once it ends there is no longer salvation offered to humanity, human probation for humanity ends with the closing runtime of the Mark of the Beast time frame, just as the door of the Ark in Noah's day closed seven days before the first "raindrop" fell from the heavens that brought the Earths "destruction by water" as human probation closed for a lost world when the door was shut seven days before the flood began, so too will human probation for humanity will close with the closing of the Mark of the Beast period.

The phrase "which had the mark of the beast" tells us that the first plague will fall upon humanity just after the Mark of the Beast decision time ends. And according to God's word after that takes place it won't matter anymore to Earths inhabitants, as everyone has already been decided either worthy or unworthy at the end of the Mark of the Beast decision time. When that runtime is UP, the Jesus proclaims Revelation 22:11 and everyone's eternal destiny is forever fixed in time on God's clock for humanity. This is why the first plague specifically is mentioned as falling on those "which had the mark of the beast."

Friends, since the beginning of this year on 1/7/2020 I have been monitoring worldwide earthquakes and they have increased dramatically all around the world and it's one of the signs of the Lords soon return. They are happening worldwide daily and because fo the coronavirus pandemic the daily news isn't reporting this increase in earthquakes. Yes, there have always been earthquakes by the thousands yearly, but this recent uptick in the Earth's quaking is above in most cases above 6.0 and some greater than 7.0 happening all over the globe. This is only one aspect mentioned in Matthew 24. Locust plagues are ravaging Africa and the Middle East as I write this essay. This is a future harbinger of "famine" and food shortages in the world. Coronavirus has already caused "food shortages" in America that most won't realize until they buy such a simple thing as "baloney." What we are currently in the very first stages of its prophetic fulfillment is recorded here in scripture. Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

The prophet Daniel couldn't give us a set time in duration for this "time of trouble", he could only state that it would come just before Jesus returns. I personally; believe that we are in the very beginning of this "time of trouble" called in scripture the "Time of Jacobs Trouble." Jer 30:5-7 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

Now let's break this down a little further. NOTICE: That Jeremiah's phrase of both "for that day" And Daniels use of "at that time" are parallel statements. And again Jeremiah's phrase of "so that none is like it" is a parallel phrase to Daniels "such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time." Both prophets are speaking of the same time in world history of "That Day" the day of the Lord's return.

What was Jacob's time of trouble? What did it consist of? It was for the fear of his brother Esau I whom he defrauded out of his natural birthright and then cheated his brother from receiving his father's "blessing." This is what constitutes the "Mark of the Beast" and is the goal of the same in which Satan will be very successful in defrauding the Christian church membership and steal away the "New Birth" right and in the process taking from the world their "true blessing" from Jesus Christ in the Atonement made for them on the Cross.

We are in the beginning of the "Time of Trouble" and Jeremiah describes the mental and spiritual condition of those involved. He states "We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Does this sound familiar to you today during this coronavirus pandemic lockdown situation? People are "trembling" from the unknown, and people are fearful because of this pestilence called COVID-19. Then Jeremiah says "wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail," what uncertainty does the woman in travail perceive? Will she bring forth a "stillborn", will she die in childbirth, will it be normal with ten toes and ten fingers?" What uncertainty have those like Fauchi and Birx, the CDC, the WHO, the population of the U.S. today whose faces are "all faces are turned into paleness" due to the COID-19 worldwide uncurable disease claiming deaths by the hour worldwide.

Folk's this is just the beginning of the "Time of Trouble." I remember back in 1999 when I put my then-wife through nursing school in Daytona Beach, FL. One night we were speaking of her classes on diseases and she revealed to me at that time in 1999 some 21 years ago, that many antibiotic-resistant viruses were coming down the medical pike in the future from that time. Here we are some 21 years later and she lies in her grave from colorectal cancer and now one of those "viral diseases" has reared its (ugly head) not just in America but around the entire world in some 187 different countries all within a matter of 178 days dating from 12/1/2019. In 178 days 5,631,786 infections worldwide with more than a quarter-million 348,965 deaths in less than 6 months.

Friend's Jesus is soon to return but before He does so the sooner Mark of the Beast will materialize and it's NOT a "computer chip implant, a national I.D. card, nor anything to do with Social Security cards, nor some tattoo, nor any single individual sitting in some rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem, nor some "hologram" or any such redicilous theory. The MARK has been around since A.D. 321 it's just not been inforced my odern laws. It was attempted during the turn of the 2Oth century in the second decade of that century in the twenties when the national "Blue Laws" were instituted in America of which all of those laws still exist in every state of the union, they are just at the moment dormant laws, but laws just the same. They will revive at the time of the Mark of the Beast when its time for the MARK to be enforced once again by and through law.

To understand this one must be able to identify "the Biblical beast" first to understand its MARK. The Mark of the Beast will be instituted by and through the apostate church called Babylon the Great in Revelation 18:2. This same apostasy is called in Revelation 17:5 "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. "Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And is identified in scripture as the "Beast." Rev 17:1-4 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication. Here again, is identified the Roman Catholic Church System operating out of the Vatican in Rome.

I could go on and on and write a book here, but that's not my intention. The biblical antichrist i.e. the BEAST is the Roman Catholic Church System. Her mark of authority over the Christian churches is none other than her instituted day of worship which is the FIRST day of the week SUNDAY the Sol Invictus of the "Sun god" and NOT the Seventh-day God established.

A little background on the MARK of this beast called the Roman Catholic Church.

During the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great (AD 306-337), Christianity began to transition to the dominant religion of the Roman Empire. Historians remain uncertain about Constantine's reasons for favoring Christianity, and theologians and historians have often argued about which form of early Christianity he subscribed to. There is no consensus among scholars as to whether he adopted his mother Helena's Christianity in his youth, or, as claimed by Eusebius of Caesarea, encouraged her to convert to the faith he had adopted himself.

Constantine ruled the Roman Empire as sole emperor for much of his reign. Some scholars allege that his main objective was to gain unanimous approval and submission to his authority from all classes, and therefore chose Christianity to conduct his political propaganda, ( Sounds like Trumps Coalition with the Evangelical church doesn't it?) believing that it was the most appropriate religion that could fit with the Imperial cult (see also Sol Invictus). Regardless, under the Constantinian dynasty Christianity expanded throughout the Empire, launching the era of State church of the Roman Empire. His formal conversion in 312 is almost universally acknowledged among historians, despite that he was baptized only on his deathbed by the Arian bishop Eusebius of Nicomedia in 337; the real reasons behind it remain unknown and are debated also. According to Hans Pohlsander, Professor Emeritus of History at the University at Albany, SUNY, Constantine's conversion was just another instrument of realpolitik in his hands meant to serve his political interest in keeping the Empire united under his control: (Thus the Evangelical push to TRUMP that he is the "chosen one" it's all about control folks.) The prevailing spirit of Constantine's government was one of conservatism. His conversion to and support of Christianity produced fewer innovations than one might have expected; indeed they served an entirely conservative end, the preservation and continuation of the Empire. (Make Americ Great Again sound familiar?) Constantine's decision to cease the persecution of Christians in the Roman Empire (Donald Trump did the same thing for what he thinks are Christians by eradicating the Johnson Amendment and the many other things he has done for the Evangelicals) was a turning point for early Christianity, sometimes referred to as the Triumph of the Church, (Donald Trump led the Evangelicals in his office to the window and told them to look down to the street and then said to them "You see those people, they have more power than you do") the Peace of the Church or the Constantinian shift. In 313, Constantine and Licinius issued the Edict of Milan decriminalizing Christian worship. (Donald Trump emoved the Johnson Amendment for the Evangelicals removing their political restrictions) The emperor (Donald John Trump) became a great patron of the Church and set a precedent for the position of the Christian emperor within the Church and raised the notions of orthodoxy, Christendom, ecumenical councils, and the state church of the Roman Empire declared by edict in 380. He is revered as a saint (So to is Donald Trump by the Evangelical Church today) and isapostolos in the Eastern Orthodox Church, Oriental Orthodox Church, and various Eastern Catholic Churches for his example as a "Christian monarch".

In 313 Constantine and Licinius announced "that it was proper that the Christians and all others should have liberty to follow that mode of religion which to each of them appeared best, (Donald Trump has done the same thing for both the Evangelical church and the Supreme Court in America) thereby granting tolerance to all religions, including Christianity. The Edict of Milan went a step further than the earlier Edict of Serdica by Galerius in 311, returning confiscated Church property. This edict made the empire officially neutral with regard to religious worship; (But unofficially it was up to its ears in the business of the church) it neither made the traditional religions illegal nor made Christianity the state religion, as occurred later with the Edict of Thessalonica of 380. The Edict of Milan did, however, raise the stock of Christianity within the empire and it reaffirmed the importance of religious worship to the welfare of the state. (Donald Trump just recently declared the "church" as essential by the state.) Most influential people in the empire, especially high military officials, had not been converted to Christianity and still participated in the traditional religions of Rome; Constantine's rule exhibited at least a willingness to appease these factions. The Roman coins minted up to eight years after the battle still bore the images of Roman gods. The monuments he first commissioned, such as the Arch of Constantine, contained no reference to Christianity. On March 7, 321, Sunday, which was not sacred to Christians but to the Roman Sun God Sol Invictus, was declared an official day of rest. On that day markets were banned and public offices were closed, except for the purpose of freeing slaves. There were, however, no restrictions on performing farming work, which was the work of the great majority of the population, on Sundays.

This is when the SUNDAY MARK materialized among mankind in the Roman Catholic Church System. The MARK of the BEAST church of Rome has been in existence for more than 1699 years and many in the modern church because of that fact are destined to accept the MARK when it is placed before them to make a choice either it's God's way of worship the Seventh-day, or it's Rome's way of worship established through her MARK which was made by the decree of Constantine the Great in 321 A.D. On March 7, 321, Sunday, which was not sacred to Christians but to the Roman Sun God Sol Invictus, was declared an official day of rest. This is why the Word of God says: Rev 13:3(c) and all the world wondered after [or followed] the beast.
