THE CONVENIENT RELIGION

Is a "useless religion" that says nothing is required of the individual except the mindset of being under God's grace. That you have nothing to do because doing something within religion is called in scripture "obedience." The "convenient religion" is no religion at all because it doesn't require obedience to God's word, it only requires obedience to the church's teachings. The "convenient religion" is a worldly religion and the worldly religion's are going to perish in the Lake of Fire that burns with "brimstone" from heaven. The "convenient religion" says attend our meetings with all piety, the "convenient religion" says you're no longer under God's Law, the "convenient religion" says that God's Grace took care of the Law of God and it's that grace that you are now under before God. The "convenient religion" doesn't understand that it was because of the transgression of the law which the scripture defines as "SIN", that God Himself had to pay the penalty for that transgression. 1Co 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

QUESTION 1.: Are you a sinner? Will you be a sinner until the moment of your death? If the answer to either one or both of these questions is YES, then you are still under the law of God, since it's the law that determines SIN for the individual.

Why then does your church teach you that God's grace in Jesus Christ supersedes the very law that He (Himself) wrote in stone with His (own) hand and after He arrived among mankind stated Himself that: Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

QUESTION 2.: Have either one "heaven or earth" passed away (past tense) yet? There can only be one answer to the question. NO! Then the law of God according to God the Son stands just as "active" as demanded upon the individual today as it has from the beginning of creation.

QUESTION 3.: What primary "law" in Eden at the fall of man did both our parents break? It was the very first Commandment that states: Exo 20:2,3 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Many read these two verses and make their determination that Jesus at Mt' Horeb only gave the Law of God to the Hebrews now called JEWS. They make this assumption because of the phrase "which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage", and they cannot see the parallel of Egyptian bondage (the type) with that of the bondage of sin (the anti-type) under Satan. So they make their claims that the Law of God is the old Jewish covenant. That's because their religion is a "convenient religion" one that doesn't require obedience to either God or His word.

QUESTION 4.: What was the law of God in heaven long before the world was, that Lucifer broke? It was the first Commandment of God. "I am the LORD thy God! Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Can this be proven by the word of God? YES emphatically! Here: Isa 14:13,14 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Since Lucifer when he made this claim was already in the "third heaven" with God, what heaven did he mean when he said "I will ascend into heaven?" He was saying that he would be in control over all of heaven, the third, second, and the first that was to come when Jesus created this world. We call it the atmosphere above our heads, God of course called it the "firmament" where the birds fly above us.

QUESTION 5.: Was then the Law of God in heaven before the world was? YES! Then what makes you or anyone else believe that the same law of God that governs His Universe is made "void" for a part of His creation? Especially since that part of His creation i.e. man was made in His own image after His own likeness. Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Why would God make the creation of mankind with a lesser responsibility to obey His law, when the angels of heaven themselves were under that Law, that very first law? Because you follow a "convenient religion." Since Lucifer chose himself as "the god" in heaven and proceeded to convince one third of the angels that he was "wiser than God" in his foolishness.

QUESTION 6.: What was the very first Commandment Lucifer broke in heaven that caused him to follow up by breaking the first Commandment of God? It was the Tenth Commandment. Lucifer "coveted the very throne of God." Thus his statement "I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. God Himself verifies this in these verses found in Ezekiel 28.

Eze 28:13-18 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise (his spreading of lies about God in heaven) they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

Woops! The who's going to "stoke the fires" of "Hell? Hell as it's taught today in the churches doesn't exist folks. The word Hell is used some 54 times in scripture and only three of those uses refers to the Lake of Fire destruction of the wicked, the rest with the exception of one all refers to the GRAVE in both the Greek and Hebrew.

The neglecting of God's Law leads to "spiritual first and then mental illness." Lucifer, knew before he was ever banished from heaven, knew of his own destruction before God, and by the hand of God, would be by "fire from within" when God's time clock came. Yet, in Eden before he ever approached Eve from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, because of his mental illness it didn't cause him to have even a second thought about his actions against the God of Heaven and Earth or of His new creation called man. The only issue here is that Lucifer turned Satan, his mental illness is a supernatural mental illness, unlike that of humanity when a human snaps from reality. A supernatural being snaps supernaturally, completely, irreversible, with complete spiritual depravity. This is the reason his actions in the garden of Eden wasn't even considered by him at the time when he arrested Eve to begin his tempting of her to what God had forbidden. It was Satan's way of saying to God, "here's in your face dude" that was his only motive and of course to corrupt God's newest creation. WHY?

Because as a supernatural fallen angel Satan watched intently as God formed Adam from the dust of the ground, and he saw in that form a being so closely resembling God but was not yet convinced that the human creation would be far above himself until the moment God Himself "breathed" into the forms nostrils the breath of God Himself. Then Satan knew that the new creation had received the very thing he coveted in the heavenly realm, that of being like the "Most High" which instantly ignited his hatred of mankind. In the fall of Eve and Adam Satan broke another Law of God.

QUESTION 7.: What law's (plural) of God did Satan break when he brought about the fall of mankind? He broke law's number 6-9. He stole from God "the creation of man" God's Law number 8 which says "Exo 20:15 Thou shalt not steal. ". He committed in that act of breaking the tenth commandment "Exo 20:17 Thou "shalt not covet" thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. How much moreso the things of God i.e. the angels of heaven?" And in causing the fall of mankind law number 7 as he committed "spiritual fornication" against God, "Exo 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery. " He broke law number 6 in that he brought "spiritual death" to mankind "Exo 20:13 Thou shalt not kill. " And he broke law number 9 "Exo 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. "in that he bore a "false witness" to Eve when he said: Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die. God said that they would die, in the very day they ate of it. Because they didn't die that very day is the very first example for humanity of God's GRACE. Grace didn't just come in at the Cross of Christ. It was God's grace towards Lucifer in heaven that the fallen angel wasn't destroyed the second he rebelled. Neither did the Cross of Christ negate nor do away with God's Law.

At this point you are saying "If Lucifer turned Satan broke the laws of God in numbers 1,10,9,8,7,6 what about God's Law's numbers 5,4,3,2? How did Satan break those laws? Since the scripture states in Isaiah 66:22.23 the following: Isa 66:22,23 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD. The rational question to ask would be, since the scripture states that the "Sabbath was made for man" wouldn't it be polluted with sin after the fall and therefore NOT be found in the New Earth? The answer is emphatically NO! Why? Because God made it "HOLY", just because mankind can't keep it "holy" doesn't mean that God cant! The Sabbath day will be carried over into the New Earth because it is HOLY, holy to God as He stated here. Isa 58:13,14 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Woop! Wait just a minute! Notice what God called the Sabbath day. "On my holy day" the next question then rises. If the "Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath" God the Son speaking here: Mar 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath. Then the question rises up" when was the Sabbath made, before or after creation week? Now use your spiritual eyes friends! If the Sabbath was "made" at the end of creation week on the seventh day of creation. Does that then mean that the Sabbath didn't exist before the creation week events? Did the Sabbath just become "God's Holy Day" at creation or has it always been is "holy day?" This is one of the scriptures enigma's and far from the human mind to comprehend the truth of God's HOLY DAY. Since God is eternal in His being, and He called the Sabbath "His Holy Day" do you think the Sabbath just began at creation on the seventh day of creation?

Let's look closer at the record. Here what the scripture says: Gen 2:2,3 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

QUESTION 8.: Why did God utilize only "seven days" for creation when He could have simply said: "let my plan be" and it all would have been made in an instant complete. Why seven days? Because God does things his way and His way was to reveal to His New creation made in His own image, the day He utilizes as the "Holy Day" for worship. This is why Jesus i.e. God the Son stated that the Sabbath was made for man, and NOT man's idea of a holy day for God. It has been established from eternity past is why God said in Isaiah 58 "on my holy day." The rest day of God didn't just come into being on the seventh day of creation for God. It came into being on the seventh day of creation for MAN, thus the ending of the verse "and not man for the Sabbath. God dictated the His "holy day" for worship long ago in eternity past, and that is why in Isaiah 66:23 that both angels and "all flesh", all redeemed flesh, all redeemed glorified flesh and heavenly host come before God on His "holy day" for worship in the Earth made new. Isa 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

QUESTION 9.: Do you think for a single second, that only redeemed "flesh" will come before God on His "holy day" to worship in the New Earth? Don't you realize that the worship day of God has always been from eternity past and that the worship on the Sabbath day will not be a new something for the angels of God, something they have never done before? Worship in heaven will always be rendered to God on His Holy day. The Sabbath day belongs to God alone, which is why it was said "NOT man for the Sabbath." God the Son was telling us that the Sabbath belongs to Him alone and since He is eternal, the Sabbath day is also eternal, which means it has always existed.

Therefore, when Lucifer rebelled in heaven against his creator, he ceased to follow His creator, which means he ceased to come before God on God's "holy day" thus breaking the 4th commandment as well. He i.e. Lucifer became vain in his duty as the covering cherub thus breaking the 3rd commandment of God. Lucifer created among the minds of one-third of the angelic host of heaven, a mental picture of himself. That he could do the job better than God and convinced the angels in heaven to see it his way, thus he made himself an "image" in the minds of the fallen angels, thus he broke the 2nd commandment of God. The 10th caused him to break the 1st and all the other commandments of God followed not necessarily in numerical order but followed just the same by the rebel angel. The LAW of GOD didn't just come in either at creation or at Sinai, they have always existed from eternity past.

You cannot because of your "convenient religion" ever hope to be with God in heaven while you make His Law that governs His current dwelling place of none effect in your religious beliefs. The Psalmist says when this takes place within this world: Psa 119:126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.

Let's look at some other verses that those who believe "grace" through the Cross of Christ had made the Law of God obsolete. Rom 4:13-15 For the promise, (to Abraham) that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his (physical) seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

QUESTION 10.: If the promise of being an heir of the world was NOT made to Abraham or the offspring of Abraham. Who was the promise made too? The promise spoke of here is first announced in Eden when God said in Genesis 3:15: Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy (Satan's) seed and her (Adam & Eve's human) seed; it (the Enmity Jesus Christ) shall bruise thy (Satan's) head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Jesus is the "promise" the " seed" singular, a descendent of Abraham's bloodline. The phrase "heir of the world" has a fantastic meaning and is speaking of the New Earth, not this world as we know it today. The "saints of God will inherit the world" made NEW.

Vs. 15 For if they which are of the law (or are bound by the Law of God) be heirs, (of the Earth made NEW) faith (in the Savior of the World's redemptive act on the Cross) is made void, (The Cross of Jesus cannot benefit them) and the promise (The Enmity i.e. Jesus the Savior) made of none effect: (For THEM) Because the law (God's Divine Requirements that no man can keep of themselves. The man Jesus Christ "DID KEEP PERFECTLY") worketh wrath: (In Fallen Man Because of SIN in the world) for where no law is, there is no transgression. And since we are all sinners until the moment of death, the Law of God stands in the FULL effect for the whole of humanity.

But, because of the "convenient religion" many are led astray concerning the eternal "Law of God" and as long as they trample underfoot His Divine Laws, they would not be happy in heaven if they made it there. Heb 10:28,29 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, (Who wrote those Laws with His own hand) and hath counted the blood of the covenant (Made with Humanity), (Genesis 3:15) wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

It is only by God's GRACE that the enmity came, GRACE didn't just come in at the Cross. It was the broken Law of God that demanded the death of God Himself to effect Redemption and Salvation back to the family of God.
